For those clients who are on a limited budget and are prepared to do their own work, we will come to your home and assess what needs to be done to enhance your property. We will provide a detailed, written Property Assessment Report that includes recommendations that you will do on your own, and then conduct a follow-up visit to assist with finishing touches.

Affordable Staging

This is an option for clients on a tight budget! We will work with their existing furniture, making it affordable. We will come to your home to de-clutter and rearrange furniture and accessories. We can work completely with your own accessories, or find affordable and creative solution on second-hand stores, creating a desirable ambient for any room.
